








“There is no mistake here, because the name of our farm did not come from a song. I am Loreta Malyginienė, so when we started raising goats and needed a name, “Ožka malė” simply came about: ožka – because we have goats, and malė – because I am Malyginienė,” – explained the owner of the goat farm.

According to the woman, it all started with one goat. When one of the children fell ill with whooping cough, doctors recommended drinking not cow’s, but mare’s or goat’s milk. Thus, the first goat arrived at the Malyginiai farm, whose milk and its products were liked not only by the patient but also by other family members.
