Sergejus Maslobojevas sells a recently furnished apartment: here’s how much he’s asking

Sergejus Maslobojevas shared the advertisement for the apartment he is selling on his Facebook account.

“Freshly renovated, cozy and in a good location!” he wrote.

As stated in the advertisement, the apartment for sale is in Naujamiestis, Vytenio Street. It is a 1-room apartment, 21.1 sq.m., on the fifth floor out of six.

The apartment is located in a building constructed in 1969, but it was renovated quite recently – in 2025.

This apartment is expected to fetch 129 thousand euros.
