„No one talks about a public register that would be valid for a lifetime, there is a set period of time. Courts would make decisions to serve the sentence and also, after serving the sentence, to be in the public register for two or five years, which, in our opinion, would deter repeat offenses and protect the public’s right to know,“ she added.
