Ingredients (for 2 servings):
150 g spaghetti
salt
2 eggs
8 tbsp whipping cream
50 g grated gouda cheese
pepper
nutmeg
1 tsp frozen Italian herbs
2 tbsp olive oil
125 g mozzarella
8 thin slices of salami, about 40 g
6 cherry tomatoes
4 basil sprigs
Preparation
1. Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water according to the package instructions.
2. Mix the eggs with the cream and grated gouda cheese. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Stir in the frozen Italian herbs.

3. Grease an ovenproof dish or pan about 26 cm in diameter with a tablespoon of oil and heat it.
4. Drain the spaghetti and spread evenly in the pan. Pour the prepared egg and cheese mixture over it. Slice the mozzarella and arrange it together with the salami on top of the spaghetti. Cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes.

5. Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half, and also arrange them on the pizza. Drizzle everything with the remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil. Bake in an oven preheated to 220 °C, or 200 °C with hot air mode, for about 15 minutes.

6. Wash the basil, pluck the leaves, and sprinkle them over the baked pizza.
