Ingredients: 2 BON VIA bananas, 2 IKI eggs, 150 ml BITUTĖ milk, 150 g BITUTĖ flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar, a splash of BILLA cooking oil. For serving – honey, berries, or banana slices.
Preparation:
- Mash the bananas with a fork. Add eggs, pour in the milk, and beat well. Add flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla sugar. Mix just enough to eliminate dry flour.
- Heat a pan with a splash of oil and cook small pancakes over medium heat for a few minutes on each side until nicely browned.
- Serve with honey, fresh berries, or banana slices – enjoy!
For a refreshing boost – cherry salad
You can get a kilogram of the summer symbol – bright cherries – at “Iki” for just 3.49 Eur, so they are perfect not only for desserts or snacks on their own. Ingredients: 300 g cherries from IKI, 100 g arugula or salad mix, 100 g BILLA BIO feta or CLEVER mozzarella cheese, a handful of walnuts, 2 tablespoons BILLA olive oil, 1 tablespoon BILLA balsamic vinegar, 1 teaspoon honey, salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
Preparation:
- Wash cherries, cut in half, and remove pits. Coarsely chop walnuts – for a more intense flavor, you can toast them for a few minutes in a dry pan.
- In a container, whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine greens, cherries, crumbled cheese, and walnuts. Drizzle with dressing, gently mix, and serve immediately.
Weekend star – marinated meat and shashlik
