As reported by the organization, during the campaign running until mid-October, the goal is to raise 1 million euros for drone interceptors and soldier training, with every fifth donated euro going to the Lithuanian Riflemen’s Union – for acquiring interceptors and training riflemen to neutralize aerial threats.

“The war in Ukraine has proven that drones have become the main weapon on the modern battlefield, and fighting them is a daily necessity. Responding to rapidly changing threats, ‘Dronaton’ with the slogan ‘The most resilient win’ unites aid to the Ukrainian front with directly increasing Lithuania’s resilience,” the statement reads.
