This time, yoga practice will combine with elements of nightlife culture for the first time, and participants will be introduced to ‘reivasanas’ specially created for the event.

The event will take place from 6 PM to 10 PM, and after the yoga sessions, the evening will move to an informal space where participants can socialize and enjoy the program until midnight, according to the organizers’ press release.
Inviting the city to experience unusual places
The initiative invites the city to discover itself through movement in unexpected spaces and to view it not only as a place of constant rush but also as a space for meetings, connections, and a safer nightlife culture.
“Over seven years, yoga has taken place in very different spaces in Vilnius – from the airport to the TV tower or Lukiškės Prison. This year, participants are invited to a place where space, rhythm, and movement meet. We believe that such initiatives help create a more vibrant, safer, and more open city, where it is easier to connect and feel part of a community,” say the organizers.
The public institution “Vilnius Night Office,” contributing to the initiative, emphasizes the diversity of nightlife culture and the opportunity to experience the city in unexpected ways: “Nightlife is much more than just one format of activity. It is created by different communities, experiences, and people’s relationship with the city.

Therefore, initiatives that allow us to discover new ways to be in the city in the evening and show how diverse nightlife culture can be are important to us.”
Yoga – not about the perfect pose
The event will feature an open yoga practice for everyone, which can be joined by long-time yoga enthusiasts as well as those trying yoga for the first time.

“It is still often thought that yoga is only for very athletic or experienced people, but in reality, it can be a very simple way to pause for a moment, calm your mind, and better feel your body,” shares yoga instructor Paula Petkevič.
This year, the event will also invite participants to experience a completely new yoga format. It will combine space, rhythm, and movement – the energy of nightlife culture will meet conscious yoga practice. During the event, participants will be introduced to ‘reivasanas’ specially created for this event – yoga poses inspired by the freedom of night dancing and natural body biomechanics.
Open to the international community
The initiative is aimed at the entire city community – one of the yoga sessions will be held in English, so foreigners living in Vilnius, international professionals, and city guests are invited to join.
The initiative’s partner, “International House Vilnius,” invites foreigners to take the opportunity to meet like-minded people in an open, cozy environment. After three yoga sessions, participants are invited to stay for an extension – to socialize and make new acquaintances beyond the mat.
“Vilnius is a city where today more than 77,000 foreigners from over 140 countries live. The essence of integration is not just documents and logistics, but also connections. Such events naturally create a space where community is born,” says Indrė Laučienė, Head of the Foreign Talent Department at the public institution “Go Vilnius.”
Participation in the event is free, but the number of places is limited. More information and registration can be found on the https://vilniussveikiau.lt/lt/ website and social media accounts.
