After the breakup, my partner took the car and most of the items, leaving me only some household goods. He does not respond to my requests to share the property or compensate for the funds I “invested,” claiming that everything belongs to him because it was purchased in his name. I would like to know if unmarried individuals have the right to share jointly acquired property? How can I prove that I also contributed to acquiring the property?”
