The Russian military uses real-time controlled drones “Molnija”, “Geran-Siker”, “Gerbera-Siker”, “Lancet”, V2U, and others to locate and destroy targets, writes the portal “New Voice”.
Intelligence notes that while carrying out the order, the Russians have repeatedly mistakenly attacked their own forces. For example, in the Kursk region, operators of the 1427th Motorized Rifle Regiment of the Russian Armed Forces, having lost orientation, directed the “Molnija-2” drone at a civilian “UAZ Buchanka” vehicle, and in the occupied Zaporizhzhia region, mistakenly shot down a pickup truck carrying Russian soldiers.
“At the same time, similar attacks on civilians in the border regions of the aggressor state itself are often staged by Russian special services so that Kremlin propaganda can use them in the campaign to demonize and discredit Ukraine,” intelligence notes.
The intelligence service urged Ukrainians to respond to air raid signals due to the increased threat of drone terror near the front line and border regions.
Earlier, the “New Voice” portal reported that the Russians intensified attacks on Ukrainian gas stations, forcing some network companies to tighten security measures. According to experts, at the beginning of July, Russian attacks affected up to 200 Ukrainian fuel market facilities, and the number of gas station shellings increased three to four times.
