“Everything is confirmed by internal Russian documents – they are preparing for mobilization in the fall, right after the parliamentary election simulation,” said V. Zelensky.
According to the President of Ukraine, the plan of the Russian leader Vladimir Putin is not complicated. He stated that the Kremlin will first try to create the impression that the Russians supposedly support the war, and after the elections, they plan to quickly mobilize several hundred thousand people additionally by the end of the year.
