Swedish refrigeration equipment trading giant requests permission to acquire Lithuania’s “Refra”

The application for the transaction acquiring sole control of a Lithuanian company was submitted to the Competition Council by the Swedish company.

According to its statement, the technology-based trading group “Beijer Ref” is one of the largest wholesalers of refrigeration equipment in the world, operating in 45 European countries, North America, Africa, Asia, and Oceania, with its shares listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm exchange.
