On July 31st in Jurbarkas Manor Park, on August 15th on the island of Kupiškis Reservoir – these are just a few of the many places where Sandra and Viktoras are performing concerts this summer. This Friday, they look forward to meeting the audience at the event “My Summer.” That evening, “Group 2” – Karolis and Donatas with a live band, “Bernužėliai,” “Diamond,” and “Husarai” will also perform on the same stage.

Although the summer calendar is filled with concerts, the performers are happy that between shows they still manage to take care of their home. However, this year they had to make one unexpected decision.
V. Vaikšnoras says that they started creating a shared home with Sandra even before their wedding, which took place last December. The couple took care of the surroundings together – a small garden and a terrace.
“We planted plants, took care of them, and set up a greenhouse. I learned everything from my grandmother, where I used to spend summers as a child. It was a lot of work, but dear to the heart. We created an oasis in the yard where you want to spend time,” says the performer.
Only this year, before summer even began, the duo realized that they return home after dark, and there is no longer enough strength or time to care for the cherished plants.
The biggest concern for Sandra and Viktoras was the greenhouse, where tomatoes and cucumbers grew last year.

“During the season, we ate only a few vegetables we grew ourselves. So after discussing, we decided to give the greenhouse as a gift… to the neighbors. They agreed not only to take care of the harvest but also to occasionally treat us,” Viktoras said, adding that he and his wife do not take advantage of the neighbors’ generosity.
The greenhouse spot in the Vaikšnoras’ yard was taken by a hot tub.
“But we still don’t have free time, so we rarely get to enjoy it,” the performer hints.
He was glad that the decision to create an official family with Sandra only strengthened their bond. The couple did not sign a prenuptial agreement because they built their marriage as equal partners.
“We work and strive together, so we share everything equally. We don’t check each other’s phones, don’t control what and when to buy, and don’t interfere in each other’s decisions. The relationship is not measured by money. It is partnership and respect,” Viktoras assures.
