According to S. Lavrov, Russia does not intend to make the cessation of US support for Kyiv a precondition for negotiations.
“We are not issuing ultimatums,” emphasized the head of Russian diplomacy.
He indicated that Moscow has sent questions to the US State Department regarding arms supplies, intelligence data, and possible Washington involvement in strikes against Russian territory on the Ukrainian side, and is now awaiting a response.

S. Lavrov also threatened that Russia will toughen its position to “destroy everything that from the Western side feeds Kyiv’s military machine”.
“We are already doing this, and they are already starting to groan. And it is no coincidence that more and more voices from various points of our common space are calling to stop immediately. That will not happen,” the minister spread the propaganda narrative of Russia’s alleged advantage in the war against Ukraine.
