As J.Volnovas wrote, the purpose of the video call meeting was to discuss the allocation of the Russian Ministry of Defense’s budget. Among the 50 participants were ministry officials, representatives of defense sector logistics and supply companies, as well as heads of weapons factories and repair companies.

“The entire gang of the Russian defense industry complex gathered for this conversation,” he wrote, noting that the participants came together “as usual, to discuss how to conveniently divide another billion.”
The man indicated that he managed to identify all the involved officials and find out which companies participated in the meeting. According to J.Volnovas, he then, pretending to be an official supporting Russia’s war against Ukraine, inserted himself into the conversation.
As recorded in the video, the man addressed the heads of defense industry companies and officials of various organizations responsible for the distribution of military equipment: “Look, while we are discussing all this here, Ukrainian drones are already reaching all our factories. Tell me straight: is there budget funding for electronic warfare systems? Will it all end with a drone strike followed by imprisonment for missing deadlines?”
One of the officials blurted out: “Colleagues, that’s quite a strange question…”
However, J.Volnovas replied: “This is an important question. Okay, thanks to certain organizers for the opportunity to get in here. The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) is watching and will come to each of you. Prepare yourselves. We have information about all of you.”
Another Russian official was outraged: “Who is this provocateur?”
“This is not a provocation, don’t worry. Information has been collected about all of you.
You are all accomplices of the regime and will be held accountable for its crimes, no matter what positions you hold. You know what you are doing. You know that on your hands is the blood of innocent people, children, and women. How can you sleep at night after that?” the Ukrainian became passionate.
He described the impact of these words on the meeting participants as immediate.
“These ‘strategists’ and office rats were suddenly overcome by a collective wave of panic, and one by one they began to leave the video conference,” J.Volnovas wrote on his Telegram channel.
Then another official participating remotely in the meeting demanded to know “who is that idiot?” and added: “That’s it, the meeting is over. Close the meeting…”

To those leaving the meeting, J.Volnovas managed to send a “wish”: “It’s too late to hide now, you scoundrels. We see every one of your meetings, record every frightened face, and know every account where you hide stolen money.”
He ended his “visit” to the conversation organized by the Russian Ministry of Defense with a warning that “new surprises await them.”
“This is not the end yet. Glory to the Armed Forces of Ukraine!” J.Volnovas declared.
J.Volnovas, whose real name is Mykyta Kuvikov, is a controversial Ukrainian prankster and information warfare activist who, using identity forgery tools and social engineering, compiles strike lists against Russians and helps manage the military 3D printing network “DrukArmy.”
Consistent actions
This incident is the latest in a series of similar moves by J.Volnovas – for several years he has been infiltrating Russian institutions by impersonating other individuals.
Moscow issued an arrest warrant for J.Volnovas in absentia, accusing him of inciting hatred.
During previous missions, the man had hacked into a teleconference organized by the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade to discuss drone production, during which, it is reported, participants could be heard admitting that drones produced in Russia largely depend on Chinese components.
