The news portal Žmonės.lt contacted the Vilnius County Police regarding this incident. The situation was commented on by Senior Communications Specialist Tomas Bražėnas.
“Officers received information of a similar nature on September 2 at about 14:37. The reporter stated that a black car possibly approached and stopped near his daughter, who was standing at a public transport stop on Pilaitės Ave., and a man sitting in the car offered her to get in. When the girl refused, the car drove away. Officers responded to the report but were unable to identify the possible car or its owner. Currently, the circumstances are being clarified by the 5th Police Station of Vilnius city,” – Žmonės.lt commented T. Bražėnas.
