According to OBDeleven CEO Dainius Sapežinskas, growth was driven by several important factors: the introduction of the new third-generation device OBDeleven 3, the addition of the Ford group to the manufacturers’ portfolio, and the company actively strengthening its positions in key markets – the USA and Germany.

Among the fastest-growing European companies – FT1000
This year, OBDeleven made it to the Financial Times list of the fastest-growing European companies, FT1000. It is the first Lithuanian company in the Automotive category on this ranking, which reviews the results of European companies over the past four years. OBDeleven has grown so far without external investments, doubling its revenue in four years.
According to the company’s CEO Dainius Sapežinskas, the growth rate will remain unchanged in the near future – the company plans more than 30% growth in 2026.
“So far, we see no slowdown – this year we expect to reach a turnover of 25–26 million euros, and profit should grow to 4.5–5 million euros,” he says.
One of the most important drivers of further growth is the new generation device, but at the same time, software capabilities and functionality are being steadily expanded.
“We are expanding the product range – not only in terms of car manufacturers but also with new features such as trip analysis or car maintenance reminders. We are currently developing a solution that will help determine which route to work consumes less fuel or energy. We are also integrating artificial intelligence that processes system error messages and presents information in human-understandable language. We are increasingly focusing on everyday drivers – we want to become a comprehensive driver assistant,” says D. Sapežinskas.

According to him, such growth and continuous product development are supported by a team of more than 80 people in Lithuania – from software engineers to marketing, design, and customer experience teams. In 2026, the team is planned to grow by a fifth, hiring about 20 new specialists in IT, marketing, administration, and artificial intelligence.
About career opportunities at the company – OBDeleven.
The “big three” of Germany unlocked
In early April, OBDeleven signed a contract with Mercedes-Benz, adding to their portfolio of manufacturer partners. With this partnership, the company now works with the entire German automotive “big three” – BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Volkswagen.
“We have one main device and a lot of software adapted to it. We expand our offer by adding new car manufacturers. We have been working with Volkswagen Group cars for 12 years – from Škoda to Bentley or Lamborghini. Later, BMW Group, Toyota with Lexus, Ford joined, and now Mercedes-Benz models have been added to the portfolio,” says D. Sapežinskas.

OBDeleven is the only consumer-level diagnostic solutions company in the world with official licenses from major car manufacturers. This allows working even with the newest cars, receiving data directly from manufacturers’ servers, and performing much more than just standard error reading.
“Such partnerships in the automotive industry are not easy, so for us, it is a strategic sign that the product and technology created in Lithuania meet high quality and safety requirements,” says D. Sapežinskas.
OBDeleven is a Lithuanian automotive technology company creating a product of the same name – an officially licensed smart car maintenance tool for Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Toyota, and Ford groups. This tool is used in more than 6 million vehicles in over 60 countries worldwide. In 2025, the company employed 84 people, and its revenue reached 19.2 million euros.
