But psychological laws apply to everyone, even Russians.

What does it mean if someone constantly tries to emphasize their power and strength?

The most common reasons for this for every person, even a Russian – compensation for a feeling of insecurity, need for recognition, masking fear, and simply narcissism.

So, Vladimir Putin is preparing for the first time to visit the Kuril Islands, which the Japanese do not recognize and rightfully call their Northern Territories. Questions arose: why now, why the Kurils? The Japanese pondered, the whole world pondered.

In Ukraine, that power cannot be demonstrated in any way, so why not try in the Far East?

The answer came from outraged Russian propaganda TV channels. Why did no one understand? After all, Russia demonstrated its power this way!

At least somewhere that power must be demonstrated! That is why forecasts are still ongoing that various hybrid operations and other provocations will be attempted on the Eastern NATO flank. Only the possible consequences are still being measured, afraid of getting hit too hard.

Better to calmly and peacefully go to the Kurils. Although the situation there does not cause any tension, it can be created by sending four missile boats near Hokkaido Island. What will they do there? They will demonstrate power!

While that power is demonstrated near Hokkaido Island, there will be fewer and fewer opportunities to show off on the Ukrainian front.
