The 25-year-old, 205 cm tall basketball player can play both small forward and power forward positions. He arrives in Klaipėda with solid international experience – Drellas has played in Germany, Italy, France, Spain, as well as in the NBA and NBA G League during his career.
In 2022, Drellas moved to the USA and started playing in the NBA G League, representing the Windy City Bulls. Later, the Estonian national team member also joined the Rip City Remix team, which belonged to the Portland Trail Blazers system.
In the 2023–2024 season, Drellas got the opportunity to debut in the strongest basketball league in the world. The Estonian was given a chance to wear the Chicago Bulls jersey – over four NBA games, he averaged 7.3 minutes on the court.

At the beginning of 2025, the basketball player returned to Europe and finished the season in Spain, with the Tenerife La Laguna team. In the FIBA Champions League, Drellas averaged 9.7 points and 5.7 rebounds, while in the ACB league he scored 3.8 points and grabbed 1.5 rebounds per game.

An important place in Drellas’s career is also held by the Estonian national team. He debuted there back in 2017, and at the 2022 European Championship, he averaged 8.6 points, 5 rebounds, and 11.4 efficiency rating per game.
In the 2027 World Championship qualifiers, the forward averages 19 points, 3.3 rebounds, 3.5 assists, and 15.5 efficiency rating over four games. In terms of scoring, Drell is second on the Estonian national team, and third in efficiency.
