In the civil lawsuit of the Klaipėda District Prosecutor’s Office against S. Tučkė, it is stated that she unlawfully enriched herself by refueling outside Palanga, while submitting the invoices for payment to the municipality.

According to “Delfi”, during the 2019–2023 term, the municipality reimbursed S. Tučkė more than 12 thousand euros in expenses, of which more than 8.9 thousand euros were for fuel. It was established that during the term the municipality paid for 6.2 thousand liters of fuel for the politician.

Prosecutors found that S. Tučkė purchased fuel even during the quarantines declared due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The politician told the portal that at a certain time she worked in Vilnius, so she needed to travel to meetings or consultations in Palanga.

S. Tučkė is the chairwoman of the Palanga Social Democrats branch, worked as an advisor to Prime Minister Gintautas Paluckas, and under Jūratė Zailskienė’s leadership at the Ministry of Social Security and Labour, S. Tučkė worked as the ministry’s chancellor.
