Aronow was charged after she got involved in a physical altercation on February 24, 2024, at the “Club Elan” bar in Savannah, Georgia. This was previously reported by PEOPLE, based on information from the Savannah Police Department.
According to a police report obtained by PEOPLE, security camera footage allegedly shows Aronow forcefully entering a staff-only restroom. Two security guards and a bartender said they told her she was not allowed to use that restroom and had to use the one designated for patrons. The report states that Aronow then became aggressive.

One security guard told the police that Aronow pulled his hair. Another said that while trying to restrain her, he hugged her from behind, and Aronow allegedly kicked him in the groin.
The bartender at “Club Elan,” questioned by the police, said Aronow claimed she wanted to use the restroom because she needed to vomit and change a tampon. She was allegedly allowed to stay in the restroom for a few minutes. However, when the bartender returned, Aronow reportedly threw a tampon at her, and she was asked to leave the bar.
Initially, Aronow denied to the police that she threw the tampon, but later admitted it and said she acted in self-defense.
