According to bankruptcy administrators, preparing to sell the “E-Piim” factories turned out to be more complicated than initially expected. Creditors previously decided to sell the company’s assets as two separate units: the factories in Paide and Peltsam together for an initial price of 80 million euros, and the factory in Jerva-Jany for 8 million euros.
