„One of the bigger investments we are considering is the construction of a new feed factory. This would not be a new business, it would be the relocation of the existing business that we currently operate in Kaunas. Its expansion, its extension with the potential to grow. This investment has not yet been approved,“ said Mažvydas Šileika, Deputy CEO for Finance and Investments of the group, at a meeting with investors on Thursday.
Last September, the group announced plans to invest about 90 million euros in feed production expansion. At that time, it was reported that several locations were being considered for the construction of the new factory.
