After this song, the evening’s star performed the group “Delfinai”‘s piece “Yellow City.” However, the song fell silent before it ended, and soon the words “Watermarks, white, white” appeared on the dark screen.
Suddenly, this text and all the lights on stage went out – complete silence fell. Fans were puzzled – wondering what was happening and thought: “something is not going according to plan…”
After a short pause, the lights came back on, and Jessica Shy, thanking the audience, sang the encore songs “Beast” and “Hug.”
After the evening’s queen said goodbye, the karaoke version of “Watermarks” by “Hiperbolė” appeared again on the screen, and the thousands-strong crowd began to disperse home while singing it.

What happened was revealed
Late Friday evening, news appeared on several portals that at the moment when Jessica’s concert suddenly went silent, supposedly a part of the roof of Vingis Park stage caught fire from the fireworks.
Later, the organizers confirmed that it was not the stage roof that was burning, but a remnant of a firework that had fallen there.
“After the event, the roof of Vingis Park stage was promptly inspected, following all the prescribed safety requirements. No fire or signs of it were found on the stage roof,” the organizers told the portal delfi.lt.
