As reported, on Friday at about 17:21 in Vilnius, Pamėnkalnio St., a Toyota Auris car, driven by a woman (born in 1969), while turning left at an intersection, failed to yield and collided with a police service vehicle Ford Transit traveling on the main road.

A police officer from the Vilnius County Police Headquarters, born in 2004, was driving with flashing lights on to a “B” level call.
After the impact, the police service vehicle became uncontrollable and crashed into a lighting pole, damaging a Toyota Prius car traveling behind it.

The driver of the service vehicle and the officers traveling with her, born in 2005 and 1994, were injured in the traffic accident.
They are being treated on an outpatient basis after receiving medical assistance. The circumstances are being clarified.
