The JL team motivated this decision by financial challenges and risks the club would face trying to play in the EuroLeague.
“We will continue to compete in the European Cup,” said J. Desbottes.
“Why should we become kamikazes? We do not want to take risks and have a much worse financial situation in the club after a year.”
