According to LIVIN’s marketing manager Viltė Aismontienė, after the merger of LIVIN and “Assorti,” the assortment expansion was carried out in both directions. About 2,500 products from the existing LIVIN assortment were integrated into the shelves of the new format “Assorti by Livin” stores. Meanwhile, the “Assorti” assortment supplemented the overall offer both in physical retail locations and in e-commerce.

“Today we are talking not only about quantitative growth but also about a very clear qualitative direction. The assortment has expanded, but the selection principles have not changed – every product, regardless of category, meets our highest composition and quality requirements,” says V. Aismontienė.

According to her, it is precisely the consistent selection that ensures that even the significantly increased offer does not make customers doubt their choices. “The new ‘Assorti by Livin’ store format has greatly expanded the shelves. But what remains is what is most important: careful selection, clear composition, and high quality. We base our entire assortment on this business foundation,” she emphasizes.

According to V. Aismontienė, product categories have also been expanded. “Alongside the already familiar gourmet goods, more healthy lifestyle products have appeared, and different categories – from everyday consumption to delicacies – have been combined into one consistent offer,” she highlights.

Changes – also in e-commerce

An important change has also affected e-commerce. According to LIVIN’s e-commerce manager Veronika Siurbytė-Černeckė, the “Assorti” assortment is now integrated into the online store.

According to the interviewee, it is important that now all e-commerce is concentrated on one platform – www.livin.lt. The “Assorti” assortment has also been transferred here, so customers can already find all their favorite products in one place.

“About 2,300 new products have appeared in the Lithuanian market’s e-commerce. And the increased offer primarily means added value for the customer – more choice, more convenience, and the ability to find everything in one place. But at the same time, it is also a commitment to maintain the standard for which customers choose us,” notes V. Siurbytė-Černeckė.

But that is not all. The new business stage has strengthened LIVIN’s position in the Baltic countries and allowed the creation of the largest specialized network of quality and healthy lifestyle in the region.

“From now on, we combine LIVIN’s healthy lifestyle expertise and ‘Assorti’s’ cultivated gourmet flavor offer. This has allowed us to take a consistent step of expansion and create the largest specialized quality lifestyle network in the Baltic region,” summarizes V. Aismontienė.
