In a Facebook group dedicated to ticket searching and selling, a post appeared that alarmed many. A woman shared her experience of how trying to find a job almost turned into participating in a criminal scheme.

It all started with a simple question. A stranger asked if the interlocutor was currently looking for a job. After receiving a positive answer, she made an enticing but suspiciously easy offer.
“You will need to help sell a few tickets. Post ads in groups and reply to buyers. I will give the tickets, and the buyers will pay you. For 3–5 days of help, I offer a reward of 80–100 euros,” the stranger explained, confirming that it was about the upcoming Jessica Shy concert.
Although the offer to earn quick money could have tempted anyone, the woman decided to remain vigilant. Knowing about the scale of modern scammers, she asked for additional information and proof that the offered tickets were genuine.

However, it was at this point that the “employer’s” goodwill ended. As soon as she was asked to provide more information and proof, she blocked the interlocutor.
Having exposed this scheme, the woman decided not to wait silently and warned other group members. According to her, such schemes are very dangerous because scammers try to hide behind innocent people’s profiles.
“I was invited to distribute ticket ads for a fee. After additional questions, communication stopped. I share this so others will be more cautious: always ask for confirmations and check the origin before buying tickets,” she urged.
