As is known, from July 1, goods purchased online from non-EU countries, with a shipment value not exceeding 150 euros, are subject to a temporary 3 euro customs duty per unit. New data shows that this change is already having an impact. The Polish business daily “Puls Biznesu” relies on an analysis by the Polish internet audience measurement company “Mediapanel,” which shows that the number of users of major Chinese e-commerce platforms in Poland has decreased by double digits.
