The driver of a “VW Passat” disobeyed police officers’ demand to stop, maneuvered dangerously, hit two vehicles, and attempted to run over a police patrol officer born in 1993.
The officer used his service weapon – firing several shots at the car’s rear wheel.
Soon, the driver born in 2000 was stopped; he was visibly drunk but refused to be tested for sobriety.

In such a case, this is equivalent to moderate intoxication (at least 1.51 per mille), for which criminal liability with all consequences is already threatened: a fine, revocation of the driver’s license, confiscation of the car, arrest, or even imprisonment for up to one year.
The driver was taken to the detention center, an investigation has been launched
The visibly intoxicated (refused to be tested for sobriety) driver of the “VW Passat” (born 2000) was detained.
A pre-trial investigation has also been launched regarding the traffic accident that injured people, as well as for resisting police officers’ orders. This could lead to up to 3 years of imprisonment.
