Repeatedly convicted
V.Kšivickas was first convicted back in 1992. Even then, the man was sent to serve a prison sentence.

In total, besides this case, he has 13 convictions in his biography; he was previously convicted for violent crimes, which worsened each time, so with the latest verdict, the convicted person was recognized as a recidivist.
As stated in the case, V.Kšivickas had not been violent towards the victim for the first time; he was already convicted in April 2025, so he inflicted serious injury on the woman during the period of restriction of liberty, while a domestic violence restraining order was in effect.
