In the material released by the Kremlin press service, it can be seen how the Russian leader sits at the computer in his office and performs several mouse actions. It was obvious that he was carefully reading the text on the screen and took quite some time.
“Mmm, you can’t go wrong,” commented V. Putin. After marking the virtual boxes and making a selection, the Russian leader stepped back from the computer and gestured that the work was done. A message appeared on the monitor: “Thank you, you have successfully voted!”
After the procedure, the Russian leader thanked the media representatives who observed the voting, notes the TASS agency.
In recent years, V. Putin has preferred electronic voting. In 2024, he voted online in the presidential and Moscow City Duma elections, and earlier participated remotely in the Moscow mayoral elections.
The ninth convocation State Duma elections are held from September 18 to 20.
Simultaneously, elections are held for the legislative bodies of 39 regions and for the highest officials of eight subjects. In three other regions, local parliaments will elect the leaders. In total, about 23 thousand mandates will be distributed.
