“Akli” presented their conceptual album “Teatras” on the last day of August – in this album, the alternative rock band boldly and ambitiously tackled the theme of social roles.

The album, which the band calls their most mature and best work to date, is accompanied by a concert tour – the first concert in Vilnius, at the former Lukiškės prison, has already gathered the band’s fans.
In the podcast, the popular band openly said that they have never organized such a concert tour before, and maybe there won’t be one like this in the future – fans are promised not only the presentation of the latest album “Teatras” and older songs from the band’s repertoire, but also the transfer of the album’s ideas into visual solutions on stage and even exclusive performers’ outfits.
On September 18, “Akli” travels to Kaunas, and on September 25 they will perform in Klaipėda, where the last concert presenting the alternative rock band’s album “Teatras” will take place.
But this whole performance might not have happened without one concert in the past, which possibly brought the band together into one musical sound.
The members of the band “Akli” in the podcast “ON DA MIC” recalled their acquaintance and how a then shy attempt to start playing together eventually turned into one of the country’s most famous alternative rock sounds today.
