The Vilnius District Court on September 2, after examining Orlen Lietuva’s request for temporary protective measures to secure the claims made in the Vilnius Commercial Arbitration Court, rejected it, court representative Lina Nemeikaitė told BNS.

“In the court’s assessment, the plaintiff (Orlen Lietuva – BNS) did not provide sufficient data that could form the basis for deciding on the threat to the enforcement of a future court decision or the difficulty of its enforcement,” L. Nemeikaitė said in a comment to BNS.
