Ilona enriched our gymnasium not only with profound knowledge and professionalism but also with special warmth, a smile, and kindness. She was always ready to help, listen, and support in difficult moments. Her dedication to working with youth and the heart she put into every day spent at the gymnasium will remain an example for us. We will remember her as a person full of empathy, wisdom, and kindness, who always considered the well-being of students and colleagues the highest priority.
The void she left is irreplaceable.

Where and when to say goodbye
You are invited to honor I. Balkuvienė’s memory and say goodbye at the Funeral Services Center Lentvaris branch hall (Bažnyčios St. 18, Lentvaris):
• July 29, Wednesday, 14:00–20:30;
• July 30, Thursday, 8:30–15:00.
Holy Mass will be held at the Lentvaris Church of the Lord’s Annunciation to the Blessed Virgin Mary on July 29, Wednesday, at 17:00.

The burial will take place at Račkūnai Cemetery.
