Meanwhile, “Gazeta Wyborcza” claims to have identified the men who brutally attacked Ukrainians, when not only the young man was hit in the head, but also his girlfriend who was with him.

According to reports, the men suspected of the beating are 27 and 45 years old.
“Gazeta Wyborcza” revealed that these attackers are one Adam C., nicknamed Cycu, “a gangster with a prison past and a boxer who fights with bare fists, and the second is a so-called football pseudo-fan who fights MMA.
According to the publication, Adam C. gave an interview a few years ago, which can still be found on YouTube. At that time, he spoke after a lost fight and admitted – he had spent ten years in prison. As he said, he made mistakes then, “I somehow entered the world of bandits, but today everything is fine.”
He was one of the two men (wearing red shirts) who tried to cut in line at a store, and after receiving a remark from the girl, they began to insult her, and in the parking lot first attacked Anastazja’s boyfriend, and then her. All this was recorded on videos filmed by the girl herself, as she turned on her phone camera when leaving the store.
The 20-year-old Ukrainian woman being beaten started to call for help, but then a man standing next to a bright green sports car (he was there with a woman) joined the attackers.
This man has also been detained.
According to “Gazeta Wyborcza,” he is an MMA fighter and a so-called pseudo-fan.
Tvn24.pl reports that Adam C. fought in bare-knuckle fights organized by the “Gromda” federation. However, only two fights and he lost both. Still, the federation itself is known for its views, which can certainly be considered xenophobic.
“Welcome to Poland. Bread, salt, and harsh reality, if needed. There is no soft game here. GROMDA. We quickly check everyone. No concessions,” – this is one of the posts on this federation’s Facebook, illustrated with a photo of four men holding baseball bats and a crowbar.

Other posts are full of statements that all newcomers must adapt in Poland – respect the country’s hosts and their language, speak Polish. And it is repeatedly emphasized that there will be no concessions.
Attention is also not spared for Ukrainians and Ukraine. As tvn24.pl writes, under a post whose content says that “Poland is our home, and the Polish language is our language,” a video is attached.
In it, a naked, muscular young man talks about how the Polish language must replace Ukrainian, because hearing “charašo charašo” constantly in the gym or elsewhere can make him nervous: “If such a person behaved inappropriately, he had to be calmed down, shown that he is in Poland, not Ukraine.”

The head of the “Gromda” federation, Mariusz Grabowski, told tvn24.pl that the attack in Wroclaw should not be linked to his federation’s posts. Allegedly, their distributed posts are in no way related to encouraging aggression against anyone.
He accused journalists of pouring oil on the fire instead of reporting such news neutrally or even keeping silent.
The attack in Wroclaw also drew the attention of the highest Polish leaders. Prime Minister Donald Tusk addressed President Karol Nawrocki on Tuesday, stating that it is enough for him to remain silent and that it is time to start a decisive fight against violence in the country, which increasingly affects Ukrainian citizens, writes RMF24.

According to the head of the Polish government, bandits, hooligans, and the entire culture of violence are becoming increasingly “bold and brazen.”
