In the EuroCup tournament, his statistics over an average of 23 minutes of play were 7.7 points, 4.1 rebounds, 1.3 assists, and 1.1 steals per game.

He spent his first two seasons at the University of Maryland, and later transferred to George Washington University.
In his last season (2022–2023), the forward averaged 10.6 points, 7.6 rebounds, and 1.2 blocks per game.
R. Lindo has also represented the Panama men’s national basketball team in the World Cup qualifiers.
