According to him, in the congratulatory letter K. Nawrocki wished Ukraine victory over Russia, but noted that “there are many sharp issues whose tension we would like to gradually reduce.”
“The most important thing is that Poland is interested in good neighborly relations. They must be based on certain fundamental principles, and one of these principles, among other things, is historical truth,” said M. Przydacz.
He added that the dialogue between the Chancellery of the President of Poland and the Office of the President of Ukraine continues, but for now K. Nawrocki’s trip to Kyiv is not planned.
“In the coming months, such trips are not on the agenda. Until December – that is, until the G20 summit in Miami – the president will focus on issues related to the G20,” said M. Przydacz.

V. Zelensky published many congratulations from world leaders on the occasion of Ukraine’s Independence Day, among which was the greeting from the Prime Minister of Poland, Donald Tusk.
