The club will mark the return of fans to Nemunas Island by organizing a contest for Jonas Valančiūnas look-alikes. During the long halftime break at the Žalgiris arena, the gathered fans along with a special commission will select the fan who most resembles J. Valančiūnas.

The winner will receive an impressive prize – a trip with the Žalgiris team to EuroLeague away games.
Any fan who believes they resemble the new Žalgiris center can participate in the contest. When registering for the contest, it is necessary to also submit a photo. All participants invited to the final stage of the contest will be awarded tickets to the game against Šiauliai at the Žalgiris arena and partner prizes.

The duel with Šiauliai will be the first opportunity to see the newly formed team live at the Žalgiris arena.
Before that, the Kaunas team will play three away games: against Gargždai (this evening), Klaipėda’s Neptūnas (September 20), and Belgrade’s Crvena zvezda (September 24).
