A few days after the explosion in Moscow – on August 5 – V. Plohotniuk, former deputy commander of the 49th Army of the Russian Southern Military District, was buried at the Troekurovo Cemetery in Moscow.

Last week, “VČK-OGPU” published a photo of V. Plohotniuk’s grave. It shows a cross, and next to it – a photo of a man wearing a military uniform.

According to a popular Russian Telegram channel, one of V. Plohotniuk’s identity documents was declared invalid on the day of the attack at a Moscow restaurant – August 1.
