A wooden stage with rows of benches around it, suitable for events, sports activities, or outdoor classes, is designed in the central part of the territory. Between the stage and the beach, in the shade of trees, there will be a grill zone and chess tables.
Changing cabins, a lifeguard post, bicycle racks, a terrace with hammocks, sun loungers, and benches will be installed. The riverside path will be connected to the upper territory path and adapted for people with physical disabilities.

At the request of residents, a fenced dog walking area, bicycle racks, a drinking water station, and a parking lot will be designed.
Existing exercise equipment and playgrounds will be replaced with new devices, and sports field equipment will be adapted for residents of different ages, including seniors. It is planned to relocate the outdoor volleyball court and fence it with a net, and to install a table tennis zone.
It is planned to plant 52 trees, 18 accent shrubs, 1,200 shrubs, 719 square meters of flowering meadows, and over 4,000 square meters of lawn.
