In such cases, the case review does not take long, and the spouses did not have to meet in court – the hearing took place on Thursday afternoon in written procedure.

In the fall of 2025, O.Pikul addressed her followers on the social network Instagram, where she told about an unexpected confrontation between her son Dominykas and members of his father S.Jasaitis’ family in a grocery store.

He calls very rarely, talks for a minute or two and that’s it. No support, no communication, just avoidance. But this is how we live, we are used to it and it is what it is. You can’t persuade a person to be a father and take responsibility for the child.

But it seems like a nicely living family, I’m talking about his sister, mother. It seems there should be humanity. But instead – they pass by Dominykas as if he were a stranger, not even greeting him. They even turned around and looked… Wow.
I was thinking whether to share or not, but maybe such things should be shared, because not even greeting a child? I wasn’t there, no matter how much you dislike me… I’m not even talking about not sending a greeting message at Christmas or birthday. Such cuckoos. Well, okay, we can say they didn’t recognize him…
There will be no moral, that’s life. Sometimes blood ties don’t help and even the closest can be strangers, and strangers – close to the point of inability. Build connection, unity, because it is very important. If not for you – good luck in the future, so your children don’t turn away like that.

Soon after, the basketball player’s sister Aistė Jasaitytė-Čeburiak reacted to these accusations with surprise.
“You know, I can’t comment on anything. I feel very attacked for something I didn’t do. That would be my comment – I feel a big attack,” A.Jasaitytė-Čeburiak told the portal Žmonės.lt.
Asked how to understand Oksana’s post in the public space, Aistė did not want to go into more detailed talks.
“I have nothing more to say. I think it seems unethical to clarify personal relationships in public. I really don’t want to do that, I think it is very personal.
I want to position myself not in such a position in life, also regarding Oksana, respecting her life as a person. I think it would be very unethical for me to comment on that,” Aistė Jasaitytė-Čeburiak told the portal Žmonės.lt.
