“We have filed a new collective lawsuit against Uber for its unfair dynamic payment system, aiming to stop algorithmic wage reduction and ensure compensation for the damage suffered by drivers,” the WIE statement said.
According to the organization, since 2020, “quietly” implemented dynamic pricing changes “shifted the risk to drivers, while Uber allowed itself to increase its hidden commissions, in some cases taking almost half of the trip price.”
