According to the organizers, the events will honor the memory of the victims of the Belarusian regime, express solidarity with political prisoners, and once again remind about the ongoing struggle for a free, independent, and democratic Belarus.

The commemoration will begin with a rally at Cathedral Square, where former political prisoners, politicians, civil society representatives, and friends of Belarus will speak.
After the rally, participants will proceed in a Freedom march to the Light Watch at the Belarusian embassy. There, a moment of silence will honor the victims of political repression in Belarus and the heroes who died for Ukraine’s freedom, followed by an open microphone event.
The events will conclude with an acoustic concert by Jurij Stylsky, leader of the Belarusian rock band “Dai Darogu!”, at the “Alaus namai” bar.
According to the organizers, the repressions that began after the 2020 Belarusian presidential elections forced tens of thousands of Belarusians to leave the country, hundreds were imprisoned, and some remain in prisons to this day.
The Belarusian diaspora continues to strive to preserve the memory of the 2020 events, support political prisoners and their families, and contribute to building a democratic future for Belarus.
