“Regarding national defense, I hope we will agree and not have any disagreements that the share of defense spending from the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) must significantly exceed 5 percent,” said the head of state.
“In absolute terms, we expect this budget for national defense to be no less, but slightly higher than in 2026,” he noted.
