Deputy Minister of Culture J. Radzevičienė comes to the ministry with many years of experience in legal work. Since 2013, she has worked as a lawyer and has also specialized in media and public information law issues.
The new deputy minister has also gained experience in the public sector: she worked for several years at the Ministry of Justice and the Courts Department. J. Radzevičienė graduated in history studies at Vilnius Pedagogical University and obtained a professional legal qualification and a master’s degree at Vilnius University.
Together with the newly appointed deputy minister, part of the previously formed team continues to work at the ministry. Deputy Minister of Culture Tomas Juočys oversees the fields of professional art and cultural dissemination, while Deputy Minister Lina Baublienė is responsible for cultural heritage, memory institutions, and related projects.

Deputy Minister Renata Kurmin, who continues to work in the team, oversees intangible heritage, regional culture, and other issues, while Evaldas Raistenskis serves as Chancellor of the Ministry of Culture.
The minister’s team also includes two advisors: Mantas Svečiulis oversees international cooperation and relations with the Seimas, and the advisor Justinas Argustas, who has been working for two weeks, is responsible for public relations and media and performs the functions of the press representative of the Minister of Culture.
