“Russia must pay for the destruction it has caused,” warned U. von der Leyen. “And we are using the revenues from frozen Russian assets to ensure that this happens.”
The EC President indicated that the European Union (EU) received part of the revenues from Russian assets frozen within the bloc’s territory on Monday, and these funds will be transferred to Kyiv.
