According to the military report, the vice admiral presented the tasks carried out by the Ukrainian Naval Forces and the specifics of the actions of the Russian forces. The meeting also discussed Russian attacks on Ukraine’s civilian infrastructure and their impact on the population.

Much attention was also given to the experience of the Ukrainian Naval Forces gained in repelling Russian military aggression. According to the Lithuanian military, this experience helps to assess the challenges posed by modern naval warfare and to strengthen the readiness of the Lithuanian Naval Forces.
The commander of the Ukrainian Naval Forces thanked Lithuania, the Commander of the Naval Forces, and the Lithuanian people for their consistent support to Ukraine and cooperation since the beginning of the large-scale Russian invasion.
According to the military, cooperation between the Lithuanian and Ukrainian Naval Forces includes exchanging experience, assessing common security challenges, and efforts to strengthen maritime security.
