The five-step recommendation to strengthen the Baltic countries’ defense was not conceived spontaneously by the unmanned forces commander. When negotiating the interview with the journalist, it was made clear that R. Brovdis wishes to talk about how to successfully defend the Baltic countries.

According to him, the proposed plan is based on the ambition to completely prevent enemy forces from entering the territory of the Baltic states.
“If you know in advance that an attack is planned against you, then you can deliver a counterstrike and prevent the enemy from setting foot on your territory,” emphasized R. Brovdis.
