Russia struck near the Polish border: a gas station and trucks caught fire

The international “Jagodino” border control point on the Ukraine-Poland border is located in the Volyn region, near the village of Starovoitovo in the Kovel district. On the Polish side, it is near the settlement of Dorohusk. It is one of the main automobile border crossing points between Ukraine and Poland.

Strikes on Ukraine

As reported by UNIAN, Russia has been attempting to strike Western Ukraine regions with drones since night. According to the Ukrainian Air Force, Russia launched nearly 900 drones into Ukraine in the past day.

From 6 p.m. on September 12 until this morning, Russia attacked Ukraine with 453 strike drones. The Air Force reported that 405 of them were shot down or neutralized.

Another 410 strike drones were launched by Russia into Ukraine yesterday. In total, 863 drones in a day.

The attack is currently ongoing.

Air defense forces were active in the Khmelnytskyi region. A fire broke out on the territory of one company after debris from an enemy drone fell.
