Rokas caught in yoga: “I can’t anymore”

Those arriving in Bali know – spirituality, prayer, yoga practice – a trio accompanying a true island lover. Grandmothers from Palanga also wanted to try such experiences. It was clear from the first glance that the grandmothers were seriously preparing for the new challenge – the company stunned the whole team with their unprecedented looks, according to a press release from LNK television.

“Our Aušrelė was, oh my, super duper. You could put her on a magazine cover,” shared Virgutė, who herself understood the sporty style in her own way and raised smiles around with bright pink shorts.

But the outfit was not everything – with their playful looks, the grandmothers had to take places on the mats, and then the real chaos began. The grandmothers tried to repeat the poses shown by the trainers, but calm was constantly disturbed by snorts, and finally – laughter.

“We imagined yoga a bit differently. The bones are a bit stiff, joints no longer flexible…” – Virgutė complained.

“I have no problems, I could even stand on my head here,” boasted Zita about her physical form, but she clearly faced another problem – she could not calmly pronounce the phrases and syllables repeated by the yoga instructor. Zita’s low voice echoed in the hall, breaking the grandmothers’ concentration and making even the yoga instructors laugh.

“I can’t anymore,” laughed Rokas, wiping tears, who that day could not concentrate on the mat.

Encounter with the durian fruit – captured unappetizing images

Having experienced a true laughter therapy and recharged with good energy, the company set off to visit a traditional village, unaware that another challenge awaited them there, this time related to taste discoveries. Approaching the village shop, the famous southern fruit durian was proudly displayed on the counter, which Zita and Aušra had already unsuccessfully tried in Zanzibar, and now it was Virgute’s turn.

“Come on, you can spread it on cakes… How tasty!” – said Virgutė, chewing durian, which is not known for its pleasant smell, for the first time in her life. – “Can I have more?”

Meanwhile, Zita and Rokas, jokingly, tried to offer each other bigger pieces of the fruit they had tried last year. But the jokes quickly ended because it turned out that the taste of durian had not changed over the year and the travelers’ bodies reacted to it the same way as in Zanzibar.

“Good thing we didn’t eat lunch, otherwise all the lunch would have been left next to the durian,” Virgutė joked about Zita and Rokas’s attempts to taste the exotic fruit.
